This premium flush exhaust fan cover for an 8″ x 8″ drywall opening is magnetic and removable. Designed for both ceiling and wall applications, the MAG-X 8 can also be used as a cold air return cover. The frame muds right into your wall or ceiling with a finished size of 10.125″ x 10.125″ x 1/2″. It has a slotted area of 5.6″ x 5.6″ offering over 14 square inches or open area, and a 6.125″ x 6.125″ accessible area.
