This premium flush exhaust fan cover for an 10″ x 10″ drywall opening is magnetic and removable. Designed for both ceiling and wall applications, the MAG-X 8 can also be used as a cold air return cover. The frame muds right into your wall or ceiling with a finished size of 12.125″ x 12.125″ x 1/2″. It has a slotted area of 7.6″ x 7.6″ offering over 26 square inches or open area, and a 8.125″ x 8.125″ accessible area.
